BLACKWELL’S Bookshop in Oxford is staging a festival focusing on mental health.
Our Mental Health Gala runs from Monday, May 20 to Sunday, May 26 and aims to help readers avoid the stigma of talking openly about mental health.
The week at the Broad Street store will be filled with author talks and workshops and on Thursday at 7pm there will be a free panel discussion featuring Dr Andrew Schuman, Tom Hayes from mental health charity Restore, and Fiona Thomas, author of Depression in a Digital Age.
The title of the discussion is Why Talk About Mental Health. For more email events.oxford@blackwell.co.uk
