SHARON KING, 45, of Trinder Way, Carterton, admitted drink-driving in Carterton Road, Carterton, on March 27. Had 64mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £400, must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 36 weeks.

EMMAN RIASAT, 18, of Outram Road, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis and a knife blade in Warneford Lane, Oxford, on August 12. Fined £50, must pay a victim surcharge of £85. A community order was made and he was placed under electronic curfew for six weeks from 7pm until 7am daily and he must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work.

RENALDO MARSLIN, 81, of The Green, Stanton Harcourt, admitted drink-driving in High Street, Eynsham, the B4449 at Sutton and The Green, Stanton Harcourt, on January 9. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £300. Disqualified from driving for three years.

GERALD WAMAE, 48, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Abingdon Police Station on December 25. Also admitted driving while disqualified in London Road, Headington, on December 25. A community order was made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 10 days and carry out 250 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £135. Disqualified from driving for 60 months.

GAVIN JOHN SOURCE, 38, of Waller Drive, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage to a window belonging to a man in Prescott Avenue, Banbury, on February 23. Fined £200, must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150.

DAVID ANTHONY JOHN PAINTIN, 38, of no fixed address, admitted possessing heroin in Iffley Road, Oxford, on February 26. Conditionally discharged for nine months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

LUCY-ANN HAMAMI, 32, of Field Avenue, Oxford, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty in Oxford on October 10, making off from a taxi ride without payment in Oxford on August 19, assaulting an officer in the execution of his duty in Oxford on October 11, stealing Champagne worth £198 from M&S in Benson on November 8 and obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty in Oxford on November 8. A community order was made and she was placed under electronic curfew for three months from 5pm until 6am. Must pay £213 compensation.

DARREN STEVENS, 43, of Bourton Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man in Banbury on March 10. A community order was made and he must attend treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

LUKE BLAKE WICKHAM, 23, of Lincoln Close, Banbury, admitted making telephone calls and voice messages which conveyed information which was false and which he knew to be false for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient. A community order was made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 30 days. Must carry out 60 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

PAUL SIMON CHILTON, 36, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place at St John Street, Oxford, on March 25. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DOUGLAS MCLENNAN, 36, of Waller Drive, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cannabis on January 18 at Bloxham Road, Banbury. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DANIEL ILORIN NISTOR, 34, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on the Eastern Bypass in Oxford on March 25. Had 48mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, over the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

KOJO RITCHIE, 31, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a non-molestation order on April 8 at Oxford. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

LAURA LOUISE VAULTER, 31, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted performing an act outraging public decency by having sexual intercourse in public at Dale Close, Oxford, on March 23. She was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

MATTHEW TRINDER, 47, of Marston Road, Oxford, admitted attempting to steal a wall heater at the Oxford Blue pub on May 27 as well as four counts of stealing a pedal cycle on July 19 at Kidlington and May 27 at Oxford as well as breaching a previously imposed suspended sentence. He was made subject to a community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation totalling £1,160 and a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

CHARLIE BRAGGINS, 19, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to comply with unpaid work on October 30 and November 6. He was fined £150 and must pay court costs of £60.

Dawn DEVITT, 46, of Sherwood Avenue, Abingdon, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on February 21 and 28. He was fined £25.

Lee ELLERY, 35, of Gainsborough Hill, Oxfordshire, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on February 17 and 24. He was fined £25.

LIAM JAMES GALE, 24, of Glebe Road, Didcot, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on November 27 and December 4. He was fined £100 and must pay court costs of £60.

RYAN JAMES NAYLOR, 29, of Hudson Street, Bicester, admitted failing to stop after a road accident and driving without due care and attention in George Street, Bicester, on October 24. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Eight penalty points.
