A MAN who planned to knock down his conservatory and build two extensions in its place has been refused permission.
James Pagano has now appealed against Oxford City Council’s refusal for the development on Dashwood Road, Oxford.

He was planning to build a two-storey side extension and a part single, part two-storey rear extension including a door.
It was refused because it would 'fail to respect the character of the surrounding buildings' and would have a 'harmful impact' on the house and garden at 15 Dashwood Road.
