That follows a unique 'loving cup' ceremony on Monday, May 13, when the Mayor is officially chosen. It involves councillors standing in a circle, back to back in pairs. Each councillor bows to the other, sips from a goblet and passes it along.
This year's parade starts from Goldsmiths Lane Car Park.
