LEODIS JAY CHEEKS, 37, of Coopers Green, Bicester, was convicted of speeding at 53mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 in Bicester on September 18. Fined £117, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.
NATHALIE DESENCLOS, 50, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 50mph in a 30mph zone on the A329 at Little Milton on August 26. Fined £236, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
SIKANDER HAYAT, 46, of Merton Street, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 28 and October 26. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
CHRISTOPHER ORWA, 40, of West Street, Banbury, was convicted of speeding at 46mph in a 30mph zone in Oxford on August 19. Fined £153, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Five penalty points.

KIANOUSH AMIRI-BIGVAND, 62, of Blenheim Road, Kidlington, admitted stealing a number plate worth £25 from a woman in Kidlington between April 23 and April 28 2018. Conditionally discharged for six months, must pay compensation of £16 and a victim surcharge of £20.
MASON FERRIS ARNOLD, 18, of The Square, Abingdon, admitted possessing cannabis in Rymers Lane, Oxford, on October 3 and using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Rymers Lane, Oxford, on October 3. Fined £240, must pay a victim surcharge of £30. Six penalty points.
MUSTAFA SHAHRISTANI, 36, of Acton Court, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 31 at Benson. Had 75 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.
GURDEEP VIRDEE, 44, of James Street, Oxford, admitted stealing an X Body Bag valued at £27 and two handbags valued at £49 from Accessorize, Oxford, on June 5, two handbags valued at £49 from Accessorize, Oxford, on June 3, two handbags valued at £49 from Accessorize, Oxford on June 4 as well as failing to surrender to custody. He was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for nine months and unpaid work for 80 hours. He was also fined £50 and must pay compensation totalling £102, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £150.

LEWIS BOWSHER, 37, of Windle Gardens, Bicester, admitted two counts of fraud by false representation by using a woman’s credit card to buy goods at McColls Newsagents, and Tesco Stores, Bicester, on August 1. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £40.
RYAN FRAME, 18, of Barrington Close, Witney, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on March 22 at Witney as well as possessing a gravity knife. Had 59 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 16 months.
KRISTIAN MARONEY, 23, of Portway, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cocaine on December 29 at Oxford as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance. He was fined a total of £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Had 86 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined a total of £750 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

BOBBY FORSTER, 37, of Trefoil Place, Oxford, admitted stealing five bottles of champagne valued at £165 from BP Service Station, Stadhampton on March 22 as well as stealing alcohol valued at £297 on July 7 and driving without a licence and without third party insurance on March 25 at Oxford as well as breaching a previously imposed community order. He was made subject to a community order to include 12 months drug rehabilitation requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days, £340 fine, £462 compensation.
