A WITNESS has described how a 'high speed police chase' came to an end outside an east Oxford primary school this morning.
Louise Collingsworth said the dramatic incident saw a car "chased by several police cars down Donnington Bridge to Boundary Brook Road" before it "ended up being blocked in by a few police cars."
An image shows officers on the scene, with three police cars blocking in a silver Vauxhall.
The chase ended outside Larkrise Primary, Mrs Collingsworth, the parent of a pupil there, said.
She continued: "There was two (people) arrested and one ran off out of the car.
"(It was) around 8.50am. So many children going into school at that time as well."
She added that she could not say how fast the chase was but saw officers running towards Florence Park and going into Larkrise.
Police did not immediately respond to enquiries.
More to follow.
