DISCOUNT clothing store TK Maxx has announced its opening date for the new city centre store.
The chain, which sells discounted designer labels, has announced it will fling open its doors in the Clarendon Centre on Thursday, May 30.
It will open in the former Zara unit which has sat empty since the Spanish clothing brand moved into the Westgate Centre.

TK Maxx already has a store at Templars shopping park in Cowley.
The new shop in the city centre will open at 9am and has created 40 new jobs for the area.

A TK Maxx spokeswoman said: "We’re delighted to be opening a brand new store in Oxford.
"We can’t wait for shoppers to walk through our doors and discover their own treasures. You never know what you might find.
"Pop by often, as there will always be exciting new designer finds and one-off gems for less every time you visit."
The unit spans 1,013 square metres and will house a range of departments including clothing and homeware.
