RESIDENTS 'horrified' by plans to demolish an historic building in West Oxford to make way for a yoga studio have called on the community to help reverse the decision.
The council’s West Area planning committee voted to pass the application for East Street, Osney Island, earlier this month but it will face a second review panel on Tuesday night at 6pm in Oxford Town Hall.

A banner saying 'save our studio' has now been added to the riverside building, with residents accusing the council of 'architectural vandalism'.
Neighbour Bianca Elgar said: “I am horrified that the Council has allowed a business with a weekly footfall of up to 1,400 clients to operate in the middle of one of Oxford's quietest residential areas."
