POLICE are hunting up to 12 men after a teenager was attacked in a Witney skate park.
The 18-year-old victim was with a friend when he was approached by the group of 'between 10 and 12 males' at the skate park of Leys Recreation Ground in Station Lane.
The teenage victim was repeatedly attacked but managed to escape the gang of attackers by running out of the grounds and in to Witney town centre.
It happened about 10.15pm on Saturday, April 20.

The victim suffered injuries to his face which needed medical treatment, plus bruising to his arms, torso and back.
Thames Valley Police has today released an appealing for witnesses.
The force said the offenders were all men, believed to be aged between 16 and 20 years old. They were all wearing dark clothing.
One offender is described as about 5ft 8ins tall, with blonde hair in a middle parting and believed to have had a local accent.

Investigating officer PC Charlotte Franklin, based at Witney police station, said: “This assault left the victim needing medical treatment, and I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed it.
“There may have been people in the area of the recreational ground at the time of the assault who saw or heard something which could be relevant to our investigation.
