OXFORD MAGISTRATES’
MACAULEY STEWART MOSES, 25, of Borough Walk, Abingdon, admitted drink driving and driving without a licence in Twelve Acre Drive, Abingdon, on December 29. Had 74mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. A community order was made and he must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
TAFFYN JASON BETNAY, 28, of Benouville Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on March 25. A community order was made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 25 days. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. A restraining order was put in place and he must not contact a woman or enter a property in Oxford un March 2021. Must pay £200 compensation and an £85 victim surcharge.
CHRISTINA OLIVER-MARTI, 45, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, admitted drink driving in Oxford Road, Kidlington, on March 11. Had 64mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DAVID EMIKU, 20, of Hope Way, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence in St Aldate’s, Oxford, on February 25. Community order made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 25 days. Must carry out 120 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay £50 compensation, a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
THOMAS JACKSON, 23, of Jersey Road, Oxford, admitted resisting a constable in the execution of her duty in Oxford on June 7. Conditionally discharged for 18 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.
MARCUS PATRICK KEADY, 36, of no fixed address, admitted stealing handbags worth £430 from Debenhams in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on March 6. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

SORREL CANNON, 23, of Ribston Close, Banbury, admitted possessing a knuckleduster and cocaine in Wroxton on February 24. A community order was made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for eight days. Must carry out 160 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.
MUSA KARIMA, 44, of Alvescot Way, Bicester, admitted drink driving in Watlington Road, Oxford, on March 11. Had 58mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Also admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required by a constable and driving without insurance in Garsington Road, Oxford, on March 11. Fined £1,534, must pay a victim surcharge of £57 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.
JAMES YOUNG MCLAUGHLAN, 23, of Newells Close, Stadhampton, admitted common assault of a paramedic in Oxford on November 25. Fined £440, must pay £200 compensation, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85.

HELGA REYNOLDS, 48, of Claydon, admitted driving while disqualified and driving above the legal limit for alcohol on March 11 in Claydon. Had 98 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for three years.
PETRU MARIUS COPIL, 33, of North Street, Bicester, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence by failing to comply with and attend unpaid work requirement on February 9and 16. He was fined £115 and must pay court costs of £60.
TEDD HABYARIMANA, 30, of Colwell Drive, Headington, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work requirement on February 19 and 26. He was fined £80 and must pay court costs of £80.
MOHAMMED HASEEB YAQOOB, 35, of Worthington Way, Wantage, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a community order by failing to comply with supervision on January 22 and February 13. His community order was varied to include an additional 20 hours of unpaid work and he must pay court costs of £60.

BRANDON MCELVAINE, 28, of Freemans Road, Bodicote, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work of February 25 and 26. His community order was varied to include an additional 20 hours of unpaid work.
GARY WICKENS, 37, of Leach Road, Bicester, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements upon release from prison by failing to attend supervision on February 22 and 27 and March 5 and failing to keep in touch as directed. He was fined £50.
PERRY ANDREW BELL, 56, of no fixed abode, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on November 7 in Kidlington. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
MATTHEW CLARKE, 37, of Judds Close, Witney, using a hand-held mobile telephone while driving on August 28 in Abingdon Road, Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LUKE PITSON, 29, of Minchery Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver on February 7 in Langford Lane. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
ANTHONI JOHN THORNHILL, 34, of East Hagbourne, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving at a speed exceeding 30 mph in a 30 mph area on the A415 on November 3. He was fined £353 and must pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
PETER JOHN VALDISERRI, 48, of Mickle Way, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving at a speed exceeding 30 mph in a 30 mph area on the A40, on January 19. Fined £498, victim surcharge £49, costs £85, five penalty points.
