AN OXFORD University student has been whittled down to the top 21 in a global literature competition.
More than 5,000 people from around the world entered the Commonwealth Short Story contest.
Just two of the 5,081 made the cut from the UK.
The other 19 on the shortlist are dotted around the globe.
Nuzha Nuseibeh, who studies the sociology of education made the cut with her story 'Love-life' which is a 'half-love story for the millennial generation'.
