OXFORD Friends of the Earth are holding a free day workshop to 'build understanding and action' on climate change.
The Saturday May 4 event sees a range of speakers and 14 workshops for those 'new to the issue' and seasoned campaigners.
The group explain: "The day is both for people who are relatively new to the issue as well as people who are already engaged on policy and campaigning.
There are excellent speakers lined up and 14 workshop sessions planned to facilitate information-sharing and collaboration on action."
Attendees can expect information about a wide range of topics, group discussions and talks from an Oxford professor and national campaigner.
It runs from 10am-4pm in the Oxford Environmental Change Institute, on South Parks Road.
