A WOMAN has been charged in connection with a fatal collision with a pedestrian on the A34 near Botley.
The late-night incident, on December 16, 2018, left 36 year-old Jack Morley, from Hungerford, dead at the scene.
Now Sheila Shirley, aged 69 and from Baulking, Faringdon, has been charged with one count of failing to stop a vehicle after a road accident.

The collision, which involved a silver saloon car, happened on the southbound road close to the Botley Interchange, at about 2.15am.
Shirley will appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on 7 May 2019.
A 73-year-old man from Faringdon who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving has been released with no further action.
Following the incident, Thames Valley Police said it made a referral to the Independent Office for Police Conduct. That investigation is still ongoing.
