FRANK GEORGE CREESE, 32, of Brize Norton Road, Minster Lovell, admitted drink driving and driving without insurance or a valid test certificate in Wroslyn Road, Freeland, on March 2. Had 43mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £900, mus pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.
STEPHEN JOHN WICKEL, 42, of Sandhill, Shrivenham, admitted drink-driving on the A417, Wantage, on March 15. Had 86mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for three years.
DANIEL PETER BUCKNELL, 23, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Burger King, Oxford Retail Park on December 24. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates Court on March 12 and committing a further offence while subject to a community order. Jailed for a total of 16 weeks, must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
SULTAN AHMED, 39, of Cardigan Street, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in New Road, Oxford, on March 16 and obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty in New Road, oxford, on March 16. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £50.
MICHAEL ROBERTS, 39, of Luther Street, Oxford, was convicted of handling stolen goods, namely a Lloyds TSB bank card belonging to a man, in McDonald’s, Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on November 24. Admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates Court on February 7. Admitted assaulting a PCSO and a police officer by beating them in Cornmarket Street on November 22. Admitted racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress in Cornmarket Street on November 22. A community order was made and he must attend drug rehabilitation activity for 12 months. Must pay £114.25 compensation.
JUSTIN JAMES POULTER, 38, of Elmhurst Way, Carterton, admitted stealing alcohol worth £203.50 from Sainsburys in Oxford Road, Kidlington, on February 21. Admitted stealing £90 worth of vodka from Asda in London Road, Wheatley on February 26. Admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates court on March 8. Community order made and he must attend treatment for drug dependency for nine months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.
DESMOND SMITH and NIKI SMITH, both of Hayday Close, Yarnton, were convicted of being the parent of a child of compulsory school age who was failing to regularly attend school between September 5 and October 18. Both were fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150.
HANNAH WALKER, of Reading Road, West Hendred, was convicted of being the parent of a child of compulsory school age who was failing to regularly attend school between September 5 and December 14. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150.
NEIL DAVIS, 43, of Lower Icknield Way, Chinnor, admitted failing to remove mixed waste from a back yard within 14 days of being served a notice by South Oxfordshire District Council between November 14 and November 28. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £300.
MIRIAM FOSTER, 62, of Orchard Way, Harwell, admitted failing to notify the Vale of White Horse District Council of a change of circumstances that affect entitlement to council tax reduction between April 1 2013 and July 10 2018. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.
Juliet HYMARE, 42, of Millier Place, Abingdon, having a registered vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements on April 17 at Wantage. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £100.
CATHERINE CHEVERTON, 42, of Coulings Close, Wantage, was convicted of speeding by driving 41 mph in a 30 mph area at Drayton on August 8. She was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
GARY GARBUTT, 35, of Penlon Place, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Drayton Road on September 26. He was fined £133 and must pay court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
ALIN GUBAU, 24, of Leighsanne Court, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between September 28 and October 26 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
PHILIP HINES, 51, of Woodfield, Banbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 52 mph in a 30 mph area at Aynho Road, Adderbury, on August 15. He was fined £465 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
KRZYSZTOF KOWAISKI, 31, of Arlington Drive, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Botley Road, Oxford, on August 23. He was fined £146 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
REGINA LEGGETT, 61, of Sarsden Close, Chadlington, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between September 28 and October 26 at Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
MOHAMED MUSTAFA, 28, of Owens Way, Cowley, was convicted of speeding by driving 37 mph in a 30 mph area at Botley Road, Oxford, on August 7. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
Romulus SONY, 42, of Badgers Walk, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between October 3 and October 31 at Banbury. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66, court costs £85, six penalty points.
