Westgate hasn't been open for two years yet but it has already experienced some challenges.
Its most recent one being the departure of chip shop Salt n Sauce from its foodhall, Social.
Managers have spoken out about Social's unsuccess, saying that there is a lack of footfall.
Can you remember other times when the shopping centre hasn't quite gone to plan?
Looking back, here are four occasions where Westgate got it a little wrong...
- The construction of the centre caused traffic chaos
- There were complaints from Oxford's cyclists that there wasn't enough bike parking
- Part of its roof started leaking after heavy rainfall
- Its been described as a 'hideous, airless, car-dependent monstrosity', known to some people as the 'Death Star'
Do you think Westgate has lived up to its expectations?
