AN OXFORDSHIRE beer maker has teamed up with the Open University to help teach the science of alcohol.
Hook Norton Brewery was involved in the beer section of the new course, including giving a virtual tour of its five-storey Victorian tower brewery, in the West Oxfordshire village near Chipping Norton.

The tour showcases the full process from brewing to bottle and there is also an interview with the company's managing director James Clarke.
He said:"We are in our 170th year of beer and brewing and were delighted to team up with the Open University to help provide an insight into how we brew here at Hook Norton and to help educate people on the science behind the beer in their hand."
