OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

ALAN DAVID LOBB, 35, of Blue Mountains, Wallingford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver on December 10 at Kidlington. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

PRZEMYSLAN MAJTYKA, 31, of St Luke’s Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 70 mph in a 70 mph area at the M40 Wendlebury on December 8. He was fined £477 and must pay a victim surcharge of £47 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GHEORGHIE NEAGU, 39, of Milton Road, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance on October 10 at Abingdon. He was fined £449 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KAI SAWYER, 22, of Shelley Close, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver on September 27 at Bicester. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SHARON LOUISE BEVIS, 35, of Maple Avenue, Kidlington, was convicted of speeding by driving 55 mph in a 40 mph area at Bicester on June 6. She was fined £89 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

KIMBERLY JAYNE ASQUITH, 33, of Lennox Gardens, Banbury, admitted stealing four Dairylea dunker packs, a bottle of Frosty Jacks cider, a 10 pack of Coolshot vodka shots, a 10-pack of Shuda blueberry shots and two bottles of Blossom Hill rose wine valued at £35.25 from Nisa Local Store, Banbury, on July 8. She was fined £75 and must pay compensation totalling £35.25, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DONNA MARIE LOFTHOUSE, 25, of Lennox Gardens, Banbury, admitted stealing two bottles of Blossom Hill rose wine and two Ginsters pasties, valued at £15.76 from Nisa Local Store, Banbury on July 8. She was fined £50 and must pay compensation of £15.76, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JEFFREY PHILLIP CONWAY, 39, of Well Lane, Curbridge, admitted opening a vehicle door so as to injure or endanger a person at Witney on September 18. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150 and he was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Gary HARLAND, 45, of Wieks Road, Headington, admitted failing to comply with the community requirements upon release from prison by failing to be of good behaviour and of residing as instructed on December 17. He was jailed for 14 days.

BENJAMIN CHARLES COOPER, 43, of West End, Chipping Norton, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 30 mph in a 30 mph area at Chipping Norton on July 6. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £250 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

Shane PROTHERO, 42, of Allnatt Avenue, Wallingford, was convicted of making threats to kill two people on January 9 at Wallingford and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

THOMAS RENTON, 69, of Broughton Road, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Queensway, Banbury, on October 5. Had 73mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £500, must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £775. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM LAWRENCE, 37, of Duke of York Avenue, Milton, admitted causing criminal damage worth £125.55 to a door belonging to a woman in Abingdon on February 10. Conditionally discharged for six months, must pay £125,55 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. A restraining order was made and he must not contact a woman until August 28.

ARRON WILLIAM GARDNER, 33, of Shepherds Hill, Oxford, admitted stealing a bag and its contents from a man in Oxford on October 17. Jailed for 30 days, must pay £500 compensation.

ELLIOTT WEBB, 23, of Drayton, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Drayton on January 15A community order was made and he must attend a building better relationships session for 30 days. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

BENJAMIN JOHN WAKELING, 37, of Gibbs Crescent, Oxford, admitted speeding at 51 mph in a 30mph zone in Watlington Road, Oxford, on July 13. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30. Six penalty points.

MOHAMMED ARSHAD, 41, of Old Marston Road, Oxford, admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between August 17 and September 14. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JORDAN PARKER, 24, of Woodside, North Leigh, admitted possessing cannabis in Carterton on September 25. Fined £50, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £45.

MICHAEL RADBURN, 80, of Quarry Road, Witney, admitted drink driving in Foxburrow Lane, Witney, on February 15. Had 42mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

RAKESH KHERE SINGH, 22, of Elder Way, Oxford, admitted speeding at 100mph in a 70mph zone and driving without due care and attention in the A34, Marcham Road, Abingdon, on February 14. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

KELLYANN WILLIS, 31, of Hurdeswell, Long Hanborough, admitted using a vehicle without insurance on the A44, Woodstock, on July 12. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

GEORGINA MCGURN, 39, of Upper Barr, Oxford, admitted stealing meat and groceries worth £113.95 from the Co-Op in Old Marston Road, Oxford, on December 27 and £109 worth of meat and groceries from the same shop on January 8. A community order was made and she must attend drug rehabilitation treatment for nine months. Must pay £222.95 compensation.

XAVIER CAIUS GILL, 19, of Wolsey Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a knife in St Giles, Oxford, on February 16. Must carry out 150 hours unpaid work, must pay a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
