LAYLA MORAN has remained silent over whether she will run for the Lib Dem leadership.
The Oxford West and Abingdon MP is the bookmaker's favourite to take over the role from Sir Vince Cable, who has said he intends to step down in May.

Ms Moran – who is the party's education spokeswoman but has only being an MP for two years – has not responded to questions about her intentions, suggesting she may be contemplating a bid.
Deputy leader Jo Swinson and home affairs spokesman Ed Davey are also being tipped as candidates.
