DRIVERS can still give feedback on council plans to increase on-street pay-and-display parking charges in Oxford.
Under changes proposed in the county council’s 2019/20 budget, the charge for an hour’s on-street parking on Saturdays could rise from £3 to £4.50 and two hours on Saturdays could be set at £7.30.
Meanwhile, the charges between Sunday and Friday could increase by as much as a third, from £3 to £4.

A public consultation on the plan, which the council says will help reduce congestion in the city centre, ends tomorrow.
