A BOY and a man have been charged with robbery at knife point, in what is the latest incident involving knives around the city.

On March 7, a 17-year-old boy and a 25-year-old man, both from Oxford, were arrested in connection with a knife point robbery which had taken place at Paradise Square just behind the Westgate Centre earlier in the day.

Thames Valley Police wrote on Twitter that both the man and the boy have now been charged and are in custody awaiting trial.
On 7th March 2019 Oxford Central NHPT & colleagues arrested a 17 year old boy & a 25 year old man from Oxford for knife point robbery at Paradise Square, Oxford earlier that day. Using the hashtag #KnivesRuinLives the force explained how the Oxford Central Neighbourhood Police Team, and colleagues, had arrested both the robbers on the same day as the incident.
