A THIEF walked into the staff office of the Jam Factory in Oxford took a laptop and charger put them in his backpack and walked out again.
The burglary at the Park End Street restaurant and art gallery took place at around 4pm on Thursday.

Police have appealed for anyone who saw anything to come forward.
The man is described as black, 5ft 11in and aged about 25.
He was wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, a black cap and black trainers.
