A POPULAR hotel has converted a nearby office building to create 22 additional rooms.
The Oxford Witney Hotel, just off the A40 on Ducklington Lane, Witney, increased capacity to meet increasing demand.
The office building had been empty for several years and the extensive refurbishment was completed between August and December last year to meet demand.
