SIMON BAGNALL, 50, of Hilliat Fields, Drayton, admitted speeding by driving 79mph in a 60mph area at the A34 Chieveley on July 4. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ALEX BRADFORD-STURGESS, 25, of Ravencroft, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 49mph in a 40mph area at the A43 Kidlington on July 4. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LEI CEESAY, 40, of Bracegirdle Road, Headington, was convicted of speeding by driving 43mph in a 30mph area at Marston Road, Oxford, on July 1. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

JANE COLE, 63, of Hampden Avenue, Thame, was convicted of speeding by driving 46mph in a 30mph area at A329 Little Milton on July 2. She was fined £130 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

THOMAS MARSTON, 19, of Boulter Street, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 40mph in a 30mph area on Cowley Road, Oxford, on July 10. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

GYTIS POCIUS, 27, of Headley Way, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 40mph in a 30mph area on Banbury Road, Oxford, on July 5. He was fined £83 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

GEORGE-LUCIAN SANDOR, 23, of North Street, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 43mph in a 30mph area at Abingdon on July 5. He was fined £166 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

MATTHEW THOMPSON, 35, of The Slade, Charlbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 52mph in a 40mph area on the A41 in or near Bicester on July 5. He was fined £169 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

HYWELL RICHARDS, 49, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a police officer on February 4 at Abingdon. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and he must pay compensation to his victim of £75.

JAMES SALISBURY, 22, of Berry Croft, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman at Didcot on November 11 as well as causing criminal damage. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and he must pay compensation to his victim of £300, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

JERMAINE JONES, 36, of Nuffield Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely the Warneford Hospital, Oxford, on January 28. Fined £50, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

REGGIE RUBEN SMITH, 30, of Ballard Close, Middle Barton, admitted possessing cannabis in Middle Barton on August 15. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

GURDEEP VIRDEE, 44, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted possessing heroin in Oxford on December 27. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

PAUL WILLIAMS, 50, of St Nicholas Park, Oxford, admitted stealing toiletries and alcohol worth £329.50 from Marks & Spencer, Banbury, on January 29. Fined £75, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

JAMIE GARRY WOODLEY, 31, of Loder Road, Harwell, admitted stealing goods from Tesco, Didcot, worth £88 on December 31 and stealing meat worth £300 from Asda, Didcot, on October 28 and stealing meat worth £137.48 from Asda, Didcot on December 27. Also admitted stealing goods worth £303.50 from Tesco, Abingdon, on January 31 and goods worth £100 from Asda, Didcot, on January 27. Jailed for 18 weeks.

MATTHEW FERNANDES, 43, of Spencer Avenue, Oxford, admitted speeding at 62mph in a 50mph zone on the M1 in Leicestershire, on October 26. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30. Three penalty points.

JOHN HILL, 50, of Stroud Close, Banbury, admitted speeding at 65mph in a 50mph zone on the M4 in Newport, Gwent, on April 14. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30. Three penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER BALSHAW, 26, of The Crescent, East Hagbourne, admitted drink driving in Abingdon Road, Didcot, on January 29. Had 72mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limt of 35mcgs. Fined £426, must pay a victim surcharge of £42 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

ELLIE EWINGS, 19, of New Place, Cropredy, admitted drink driving in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on January 30. Had 84mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.
