Watch an investigations officer at Oxfordshire County Council check a car that was displaying an expired blue badge at John Radcliffe Hospital this morning.
There were 21 blue badges that were seized across the county this week, with 12 being in Oxford.
The council in partnership with Oxford City Council's anti-fraud team is cracking down on abuse of the blue badge scheme and have taken on an on-street operation to find people who are not entitled to use blue badges or who are using expired blue badges.
Over 200 badges were handed back to the council following an amnesty last week.
The blue badge scheme is in place to help disabled people have better access to their destinations.
