DRIVERS on the A34 are more used to sitting in traffic than hitting speeds above 70mph, but those who break the limit are more likely to be caught in some places than others.

Thames Valley Police caught 3,331 speeding drivers last year, compared to 4,037 the year before, with the drop partly explained by a fall in officer numbers.

They are:

  • Wytham
  • Radley
  • Kennington
  • Abingdon North
