A DOG walker grabbed a man's arm and threw his phone in the river after an argument over controlling his pet.
Thames Valley Police has released the above image of a man they wish to speak to because he may have information about the assault in Bicester.
Bure Park Nature Reserve
At around 4.30pm on Valentines Day, the victim, a 34-year-old man, was walking in Bure Park Nature Reserve with his family when a dog ran towards them.
The victim asked the dog owner to recall his dog.

At this point the man became argumentative and grabbed the victim’s arm.
He then took the victim’s phone and threw it in the river.
Investigating officer, PC Tina Maulson, based at Bicester police station said: “We are releasing this image in the hope that someone will recognise this man, as we believe he may have vital information regarding this incident.
“If you recognise this man or have any information that could help our investigation, please get in touch with police by calling 101 and quoting 43190048432.
