EVERY week we are blown away by the talented crop of photographers who make up the Oxford Mail Camera Club.
Now, less than two years after the group was created, it has passed one thousand members on its Facebook page.
Members have been celebrating the mammoth milestone, as well as sharing some of their favourite memories so far.
Camera Club: (Some of) the best of pictures of 2018
Anthony Morris said: “I have met some lovely people, and made many nice friends, we always have fun and enjoy meeting up with them all, it’s always great to exchange ideas, and find inspiration in other photographers pictures.”
Each week members are set a theme and submit their best images either by emailing new@oxfordmail.co.uk or posting them on the Facebook group.
Dianne Braggs said: "I enjoy the weekly competitions and love seeing how everyone interprets the theme and I have also learnt a lot by looking at other people's photos, what they have taken and why."
Alongside the weekly competition, in which the winner gets £25 in Jessops vouchers, Oxford Mail chief photographer Ed Nix has hosted meet ups at locations like Blenheim and Oxford city centre at night.
Many members were also keen to praise the dedication of Bryan Robertson, who has been responsible for organising plenty of extra meet ups, with Greta Whareham praising his 'enthusiasm, encouragement and knowledge'.

Mark Bentley said it was 'a great feeling' to see some of his snaps in print, while Jamila Malik said being part of the club has given her a 'confidence boost'.
Becca Collacott added: "I’ve also made some great friends. A great bunch of camera friendly people."
Camera Club members will be meeting tomorrow at Farmoor Reservoir at 10am.
