LAYLA Moran will attend the 'student strike' demonstration in Oxford on Friday.
The Oxford West and Abingdon MP, who is also the Lib Dems' education spokesperson and a former teacher, said: "I absolutely understand the frustrations that teachers and schools may have with these strikes.

Dozens of university, sixth form, primary and secondary students – some as young as four – are set to walk out on Friday morning.
Ms Moran said she and the Lib Dems 'stand beside' students. Oxford's other MP, Anneliese Dodds, has refused to take sides.
