A WOMAN accused of lying in a job application to an Oxford primary school about her previous convictions has been given her first date at the crown court.
Iria Suarez-Gonzales, of Botley Road, Oxford, is accused of one count of fraud by false representation.
It is alleged that the 35-year old committed fraud by stating in a job application to West Oxford Primary School that she had no previous convictions.
At Oxford Magistrates' Court yesterday a date was set for her to appear at Oxford Crown Court.
Suarez-Gonzales will next appear at the crown court on March 15.
