OXFORD East MP Anneliese Dodds has refused to take sides ahead of the 'student strike' in the city on Friday.
Primary and secondary school pupils, sixth formers and university students say they will walk out of classes over climate change.

Labour's Ms Dodds said: "Personally I think it is a difficult thing for schools to deal with even at the same time as it is impressive that the pupils are taking action in this way."
Layla Moran, Oxford's other MP and the Lib Dem education spokeswoman, supports the walk out, which is happening nationwide.
