Car alarms then sound before the lights of the ATM come back on and the men get back into the car, turning the headlights on.
It was filmed from a car parked nearby and will also be shared with police.
Residents have described being woken by the 'huge bang' and seeing a car fleeing from the scene at around 2.30am.
