BANBURY MAGISTRATES’
DAVID GILBERT, 56, of Chiltern View, Little Milton, was convicted of speeding at 37mph in a 30mph area at the A44 Worcester Road, Chipping Norton, on June 27. He was fined £184 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
MICHAEL JACKSON, 44, of London Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving on January 1 at Blackpool Road, Lea, Lancashire. Had 42mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Banned from driving for 12 months.
ELLA PECKO,28, of Bath Street, Oxford, admitted stealing 'fragrant gift boxes' valued at £196.50 and fragrant gift boxes valued at £174 from Boots, Cornmarket Street, Oxford. She also admitted assaulting a man on January 12 and stealing six bottles of champagne valued at £168 from Sainsbury’s, Cowley Road, on January 18 as well as breaching a previously imposed community order. She was jailed for a total of five months.

JAMES RITCHIE, 20, of Mountfield Road, Witney, admitted drink-driving on January 1 in Witney. Had 91mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 22 months.
ELLA SYME, 22, of Ray Road, Bicester, admitted persistently make use of public communication network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety at Bicester between March 9 and and November 28. She was jailed for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.
AIDEN GILMORE, 36, of Nightingale Avenue, Greater Leys, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on March 21 at Church Hill Road, Oxford as well as failing to surrender to custody and failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was jailed for 20 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
SHARON MAIDMENT, 49, of High Street, Watchfield, admitted causing criminal damage to a front door to a value unknown on August 10 at Watchfield. Ordered to pay compensation of £200 and court costs of £85
OLIVER THOMSON, 20, of Great Western Drive, Didcot, was convicted of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to comply with unpaid work requirements on November 20 and 27. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.
OXFORD MAGISTRATES’
EMMA ATKINSON, 38, of Ock Street, Abingdon, was convicted of travelling on the railway between Telford Central and Oxford without paying the fare on September 27. Fined £440, must pay compensation of £49.70, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £145.
JOSHUA SHOR T, 22, of RAF Brize Norton was convicted of travelling on the railway between Dundee and Oxford without paying the fare on July 12. Fined £440, must pay compensation of £184, £44 victim surcharge and £145 costs.
RUKHSAR AHMED, 46, of Boxhedge Road West, Banbuy, admitted using a vehicle without insurance and while not wearing a seatbelt in Southam Road, Banbury, on July 18. Fined £760 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points on driving licence.
LIONELLE KINGSLEY-BIO, 42, of Meadow Way, Yarnton, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance on the A4144, Oxford, on July 18. Fined £144, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points on licence.

OLINDA NKOMO, 35, of Potefract Road, Bicester, admitted driving without a licence or insurance on the B4030, Weston-on-the-Green on October 3. Fined £760, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
RICHARD WILLIAM BEARD, 76, of Hale Road, Benson, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between March 21 and April 18. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
SAQAB JAVED DOGAR, 28, of Tawney Street, Oxford, admitted resisting a constable in the execution of his duty in Church Cowley Road, Oxford, on October 14. Jailed for one week, must pay a victim surcharge of £150.
JOHN HEATHCOTE, 42, of Main Street, Poundon, was convicted of speeding at 51mph in a 30mph zone in Tring Road, Aylesbury, on May 6. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
ABDUL KALAM, 51, of Pickett Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of driving a vehicle without due care and attention and driving without insurance in The Slade, Headington, on July 17. Fined £880, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Eight penalty points.
LEON WILLIAM VOLLENHOVEN, 37, of St Lukes Road, Oxford, was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent towards a man in Oxford on June 8. Community order made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 10 days. A restraining order was put in place and he must pay £100 compensation and £150 court costs.
CRAIG TERRY LEDBURY, 37, of Woodhill Drive, Grove, admitted drink-driving in Cotton Close, Grove, on December 16. Had 91mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Also admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a police officer in Grove on December 16. Fined £600, must pay a victim surcharge of £60, compensation of £250 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 23 months.
