DRIVERS and other travellers are being warned to expect some traffic and travel problems even after a yellow weather warning was lifted.
The Met Office's warning expired at 11am today, but freezing temperatures mean some untreated roads and paths will remain treacherous as yesterday's snow turns to dangerous ice.
The weather warning was in place over the entire south of England and some train and bus services continue to be affected by the conditions.

National Rail has warned people that services on South Western Railway, which runs trains from London as far west as Exeter, could face disruption until midday.
The weather forecast for Oxford this morning is bright sunshine, but with temperatures hovering just below zero until 9am it will take hours for snow to melt.
What's more a windchill between -1 and -6 will make it feel much colder than it is.
Although the weather warning has expired, many rural roads in Oxfordshire - especially those in the shade - may stay icy and dangerous for days.
