BRYN BARRIC, 47, of St Nicholas Road, Oxford, was convicted of using threatening, abusive behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on August 30 at Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £50.

MARK BUTLER, 34, of Giles Road, Oxford, admitted harassment by breach of a restraining order between September 30 and November 11 at Oxford. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DANIEL ANTUNES, 55, of Oxford Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 41mph in a 30mph zone in Oxford on May 29. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

PAUL ROBERT DAVIES, 40, of Queens Avenue, Wallingford, was convicted of speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Marston Road, Oxford, on May 28. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

TOBI MANNOURIS, 47, of Pound Lane, Clanfield, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing a motoring offence between July 19 and August 16. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

BIANCA MARINESCU, 32, of Cumnor Hill, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 50mph in a 40mph zone on the A41, Bicester, on May 26. Fined £338, must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

GARRY PROCTOR, 50, of Avon Crescent, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 17 and October 15. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MICAH ISHMAEL ROACHFORD, 38, of Slaymaker Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 52mph in a 30mph zone in Woodstock Road, Oxford, on June 2. Fined £369, must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

NHAMO RUKWAVA, 43, of Spindleberry Close, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between July 5 and August 2. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ADAM SZCZEPANEK, 33, of Park Road, Combe, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between July 24 and August 21. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

AUSTIN JOHN WATTS, 48, of Burwell Meadow, Witney, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between July 23 and August 20. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

THOMAS WILLIAM WEBB, 26, of Broadfields, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 54mph in a 40mph zone on the A41, Bicester, on May 26. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and courts costs of £85. Three penalty points.

SCOTT JOHN ALEXANDER, 33, of no fixed address, admitted stealing two bottles of wine worth £11 from Tesco Express in High Street, Banbury, on December 27. Also admitted stealing alcohol worth £20 from Morrisons, Swan Close Road, Banbury on December 28. And stole two bottles of wine from Tesco, High Street, Banbury, on December 26. Jailed for four weeks, must pay £22 compensation.

JONATHAN MARK BENTLEY, 34, of Evenlode Close, Bicester, admitted handling stolen goods, namely a set of keys, from Bannisters property management, Bicester, on November 19. Also admitted fraud by false representation by attempting to top up a phone with £20 credit with a stolen bank card on November 11 in Bicester and fraud by false representation by attempting to pay for food and cigarettes worth £28.88 using a stolen bank card in Bicester on November 20. Community order made and he must attend rehabilitation activity for 10 days. Must pay £100 compensation.

DAVID JAMES GIBBONS, 56, of Clarks Row, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent in St Aldate’s, Oxford, on December 28. Jailed for four weeks, must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

RICHARD WARNER, 49, of Littleworth Road, Wallingford, admitted breaching a restraining order by telephoning a woman five times on December 22. Jailed for 16 weeks, must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
