OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

GLENN HAROLD STONE, 29, of no fixed address admitted stealing £228.34 worth of cash and clothing from Trespass, Oxford, on July 14. Community order made and he must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

GINNETTE LOUISE WOODWARD, 45, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted stealing meat and wine worth £30 from BP, Oxford, on June 29. Community order made and she must attend rehabilitation activity for 10 days. Must pay £50 compensation.

AARON MITCHELL JOHNSON, 30, of Broadoak, Headington, admitted stealing a box of cider and two boxes of lager worth £19 from Coop, Oxford, on October 6. Was also convicted of using racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress against a police officer in Atkyns Road, Oxford, on October 6. Community order made and he must attend alcohol treatment for six months. Must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay £50 compensation.

GARETH JAMES SPENCER, 40, of Eastern Avenue, Oxford, admitted possessing five wraps of heroin and 10 wraps of cocaine in Abingdon on November 30. Fined a total of £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

TANYA CHRISTINE THOMSON, 37, of Ruskin Walk, Bicester, admitted stealing cosmetics worth £110 from Boots in Castle Quay Shopping Centre on December 10. Conditionally discharged for six months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

DAWN WILSON, 46, of Hermitage Road, Abingdon, admitted drink driving on the A4183, Hinksey Hill on December 14. Had 139mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115. Disqualified from driving for 30 months.

MARTIN MACLEOD, 69, of Filkins, Lechlade, admitted speeding at 80mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 at Chieveley on April 26. Fined £225, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

PAUL JOHN ROBERTS, 45, of Barton Village Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 44mph in a 30mph zone on the A40, North Way, Oxford, on June 1. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30. Three penalty points.

KANE SLAYMAKER, 22, of Elm Close, Wheatley, admitted assaulting two men by beating them in the Purple Turtle, Oxford, on August 27. Fined £747, must pay £175 compensation and £400 court costs.

LEWIS CAIRNS, 32, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of alcohol from Tesco in Cowley Road, Oxford, on December 19. Fined £40, must pay a £30 victim surcharge.

SAM ALLISON, 23, of Choswell Road, Abingdon, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Abingdon police station on July 7. Community order made and he must carry out 150 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay a £85 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

THOMAS ETHERIDGE, 31, of Songthrush Road, Bodicote, was convicted of speeding by driving 82 mph in a 50mph area in Shipton on Cherwell on May 10. He was fined £750 and must pay a victim surcharge of £75 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHRISTINA JEFFERY, 43, of Woodstock Road East, Begbroke, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30mph area in Botley Road on April 22. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ADAM NOLAN, 43, of Over Norton Road, Chipping Norton, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph area in Chipping Norton on April 24. He was fined £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty ponts.

KELLYANN WILLIS, 30, of New Road, Long Hanborough, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a valid road test certificate on July 12 in Woodstock. She was fined a total of £760 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

THERESA BLOWER, 55, of Leafield, Witney, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on November 5 in Witney. Had 125 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. She was fined £265 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

WILLIAM GAUNT, 26, of Woodstock Road, Oxford, admitted theft by employee by stealing £2,100 from the Cross Keys Pub, Witney on August 31. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation of £2,060, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

ROBERT GOODE, 45, of Station Road, Hook Norton, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on December 16 in Bloxham. Had 81 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £161 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

RICHARD KINNAIRD, 38, of Hazel Crescent, Kidlington, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place at Sainsbury’s, Oxford Road, Kidlington, on December 16. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

YASMIN LAPPER, 19, of Arrow Close, Middleton Cheney, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on December 15 at Banbury. Had 44 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £256 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
