GLASS covering an Oxford bus shelter has been completely shattered in an apparent act of vandalism.
The bus stop in Underhill Circus, Barton, has been left open to the elements after its glass panels were smashed.
In a complaint logged on the problem-reporting website FixMyStreet yesterday, a resident wrote: "The bus shelter at Underhill has all the panels smashed so has no protection from the wind."

A separate complaint also filed on the website yesterday mentioned that another Barton bus stop, outside the Centre for Music in Bayswater Road, was also still missing its window panels having been repaired some time ago.

Oxford City Council responded to the reports stating it had passed both messages to Clear Channel, which owns the bus stops.
