PETER KACURAK, 28, of Middle Furlong, Didcot, admitted drink driving on September 27 in Didcot. Had 90mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £233 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JOHN MUNDY, 52, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of wine valued at £10 from Tesco, Oxford, on June 6 and a pedal cycle valued at £217.97. He must pay compensation totalling £210.

JOHN EDWARDS, 28, of Buckinghamshire Road, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a train without a ticket between Bicester North and Birmingham Snow Hill on June 24. Fined £440. Must pay compensation of £20.50, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

SHIRIN O’NEILL, 24, of Kiln Lane, Headington, was convicted of travelling on a train without a ticket between Marylebone and Bicester Village Stations on June 15. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £32.60, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

WILLIAM PHILLIPS, 29, of Woodcote Road, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a train without a ticket between Bicester North and Kings Sutton stations on July 18. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £4.70, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

SEBASTIAN SLEVIN, 36, of Southam Road, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a train without a ticket between Bicester North and Banbury on June 4. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £5.20, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

KYLE STEELE, 19, of Fluellen Place, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a train without a ticket between Princes Risborough and Bicester North on July 17. Fined £440 and must pay compensation of £5.90, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

SHANE COATES, 30, of Shepherds Hill, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a previously imposed community order by failing to attend a programme between September 25 and October 16 and failing to keep in touch. Fined £300 and must pay court costs of £60.

MARTIN BUCKLEY, 51, of Medlicott Drive, Abingdon, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a valid driving licence and third party insurance on September 14 in Abingdon. Fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

DAMIAN COOK, 42, of Orchard Way, Wantage, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone at Rowstock on June 20. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MICOV DARKO, 29, of Wensum Crescent, Bicester, was convicted of speeding at 91mph in a 70mph zone on Oxford Road, Bicester, on June 23. Fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

ALAN LOBB, 35, of Blue Mountains, Wallingford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence on June 16 in Wallingford. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MARIAH MORTON, 20, of Everard Close, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Between Towns Road, Oxford, on August 29. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

JASON BOURTON, 39, of Dashwood Road, Oxford, admitted stealing three bottles of Jack Daniels Whiskey worth £78 from Tesco in Oxford Retail Park, Cowley, on October 31. Was also convicted of possessing a knife in Ambassador Avenue, Oxford, on October 31. Jailed for 14 days, must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

JAY EDE, 24, of Webbs Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Little Clarendon Street, Oxford, on July 11. Fined £300, must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JOAO DA SILVA, 45, of Moorbank, Oxford, admitted failing to report an accident he was involved in on the A4142, Eastern Bypass, Oxford, on June 9. Fined £184, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Eight penalty points.

AARON GAUGHAN, 28, of Cambridge Terrace, Oxford admitted using a vehicle without insurance in Oxford Road, Abingdon, on July 8. Fined £400, must pay victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MICHAEL STOKER, 39, of Danvers Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle and committed an offence. Community order made and he must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

ZULFIQAR NASIB, 38, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on August 31. Community order made and he must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay £75 compensation, a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JAMES ALDERTON, 41, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted possessing cocaine in Banbury on October 3. Community order made and he must attend drug rehabilitation for six months. Must pay £85 court costs.
