RADIOHEAD have secured their place among rock royalty - but don't seem all that pleased about it.
The Abingdon band will join the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next year, taking their place with Roxy Music, Janet Jackson and The Cure.
It comes on the 25th anniversary of the band's first album, Pablo Honey, which made them eligible for induction for the first time.
The hall, in Cleveland, Ohio, chronicles the history of the most influential artists and now has 330 members.
But when previously quizzed about the honour, band members have been lukewarm on the prospect.
When he was asked if he would attend the ceremony to celebrate the accolade, guitarist Ed O'Brien told Rolling Stone Magazine he would 'rather be at home' in front of the fire or at a gig.
The induction will be held at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on March 29, 2019.
