FOUR teenagers are still in custody after a man was attacked and stabbed repeatedly in a residential street in Oxford.
The group was arrested on Friday after the late night attack in which a man was stabbed 'multiple times'.
Thames Valley Police said it happened at about 11.50pm on Thursday when the victim was appraoched by 'a group of male youths' in Wood Farm Road.
Just hours after the attack the force arrested an 18-year-old man, two 16-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy who all still remain in custody after police were given extra time for questioning.
The victim remains in hospital in a stable condition.
The arrests followed a heavy police presence in Wood Farm Road early Friday morning where a forensic tent and police cordon were put in place near the junction with Bonar Road.
There was also a police cordon in Windmill Road, Headington, believed to be connected with the police investigation.
