TRAVELLERS set up an unauthorised encampment at Thornhill Park-and-Ride on Monday.
Thames Valley Police said the latest camp is a 'civil matter' as it is on private land and that as of this afternoon, no incidents have been reported to them.
The traveller group reportedly brought horses to the Oxford site, with police filmed appearing to remove them.
Oxfordshire County Council said it was 'hoping to resolve the situation through discussion, while also following the necessary legal process in the event that this is not successful'.
Meanwhile, travellers have now vacated Water Eaton Park-and-Ride, following the arrival in mid October and several other camps in the last year.
At Thornhill, police have been filmed appearing to lead away horses after the site was set up.

The size of the group is not yet known, though there were at least 25 caravans at the park-and-ride today.
Kidlington county and district councillor Maurice Billington, said after a camp in Ron Groves Park that the unlawful arrivals were a ‘nuisance’ but added there is a bigger problem at play.
He said: “We need to seriously look at finding them [legal] sites, and the Government must be involved in that [for funding].”
Pear Tree Park-and-Ride has also seen several traveller camps.
The latest encampment is not the first time travellers have occupied Thornhill, will one group telling the council they would leave ‘in a few days’ earlier this year, in mid January.
One Oxford Mail reader commented: “This is getting ridiculous... a weekly occurrence.
“And we, the law abiding taxpayers, have to continually put up with the mess and their anti social behaviour.”
Other traveller arrivals this year include some 20 caravans at Water Eaton in December, which stayed for more than 10 days.

Groups have pitched up at that site on several occasions.
Commuters have told the Oxford Mail it has made finding a parking space difficult.
