CHRISTOPHER DEBANKS, 32, of Furlong Close, Oxford, admitted stealing three electric razors worth £147 on March 26, two electric razors worth £335.96 on August 14 and three razors worth £74.99 on June 23 all from Boots in Oxford Retail Park. Also admitted stealing £150 worth of washing powder from Iceland in the square, Oxford on August 16 and stealing £50 worth of washing powder on August 30 and £89 worth of washing powder on March 20 from Co-Op in Templars Square, Cowley. Jailed for 10 weeks. Must pay £707.95 compensation.
JOSE RAMON PHILLIPS, 57, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by having an open container of alcohol in the street and was abusive to members of the public in Carfax, Oxford, on October 15. Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Carfax, Oxford, on October 15. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.
TINA MITCHELL, of Watlington Road, Cowley, admitted being the parent of a 15-year-old who was not regularly attending school between May 2 and June 19. Fined £160, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £176.
WILLIAM PIERI, 37, of Glenmore Road, Carterton, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order between July 25 and August 8 at Carterton by deleting a YouTube app containing search history on an Xbox as well as deleting three to four photographs of teenage girls in bikinis from the explorer app on an Xbox in January this year. He was fined £142.50 for each offence and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.
SARAH MUIRHEAD, of Barton Village Road, Headington, admitted being the parent of a 14-year-old who was not regularly attending school between March 13 and June 19. Fined £40, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150.
DAVID RADBAND, 32, of Fox Close, Bampton, admitted assaulting a woman at Bampton on October 15 as well as sending a grossly offensive or indecent message. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20.
DANIEL LEWIS, 22, of Centenary Road, Middleton Cheney, admitted assaulting a woman occasioning actual bodily harm on October 29 at Moo Moo, High Street, Banbury. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £330, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.
DARREN EVANS, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by having in his possession an open container of alcohol when prohibited from doing so at Bicester on October 16 and breaching a criminal behaviour order by being drunk in public, having an open container of alcohol and behaving in a threatening, abusive or insulting manner towards a woman at Bicester on October 13. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.
OLIVER THOMPSON, 30, of Fiennes Road, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on September 18 and rehabilitation activity requirement on September 21. He was fined £20 and ordered to continue.
