THE SHELL of Bicester long sought-after McDonald's has been lowered in place ahead of next month's opening.
Pictures show the two-storey drive-thru is beginning to take shape as work ploughs ahead at the site just off the A41, in Bicester.
The new McDonald's is being built on the site of Tesco off Lakeview Drive, next to the petrol station.
Passers-by can currently see the building has been erected and includes a series of windows opening up both the top and ground floor against a black exterior.
As the build takes shape, Mcdonalds recently announced the opening day for people to hurry along and get their Big Macs and McNuggets.
The drive-thru is expected to open on November 13 and the fast food giant said it will bring with it some 200 jobs for the area.
