ACTORS and film crews returned to Oxford today ahead of the new series of Endeavour.
Three camera trucks were parked in Turl Street this afternoon and it is understood crews were shooting scenes for the popular television detective show.
One fan spotted the cast at St Cross building this morning, where Oxford University's law faculty is based.

Oxford Union Library in the city centre informed students that filming was also taking place there today, leaving one area out of access.
There is filming taking place in the Union today, so the Goodman Library is out of bounds. However, the Old Library (the pretty one you all love) is unaffected and is open until 5 today! pic.twitter.com/1XDyojIfQ0

A picture posted on the the Inspector Morse, Lewis And Endeavour Appreciation Society's Facebook page today shows pink arrow signs near the union, stating: "NDVR LOC" - thought to be an abbreviation of 'Endeavour location'.
The ITV show, which follows the experiences of young DC Endeavour Morse, is a prequel to Inspector Morse.
It is set in Oxford and is set to return for its sixth series next year.
Actors were last seen shooting scenes in the city about a month ago.
