One bowler to enjoy the damp conditions was Lee Price, who took 6-60 for Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts 2nd in Division 5.
Only Julian Lawton Smith (59) got going for Oxford 3rd, who were all out for 144 shortly before play was called off.
The basement battle between Thame Town 2nd and Stanton St John Willows was heading Thame's way before rain intervened.
Willows were bundled out for 115 by Nigel Felicien (4-7) and Michael Beard (2-5), but rain stopped play with the home side on 21-2 after five overs.
