If Gordon Brown really wants to stop the continuing rise in house prices, all he needs to do is to take away the massive tax allowance given to the buy-to-let brigade, who are responsible for half of the new house purchases.
I am green with envy at the tax advantage given to parasitical landlords, sorry, buy-to-let investors. Rigsby lives!
