DETECTIVES have discovered evidence that a second shot was fired at a Hell's Angel murdered on the M40, police said today.
Gerry Tobin, 35, was shot in the back of the neck as he rode home from the Bulldog Bash bikers' festival in Warwickshire on August 12.
Two shots were fired from a green Rover 620, the second of which hit his motorcycle, Warwickshire Police disclosed at a press conference.
Today, police released CCTV footage from a petrol station forecourt of Mr Tobin looking relaxed and smiling as he made his final stop before his murder.
Detective Superintendent Ken Lawrence, who is leading the investigation, also appealed for "quite a few" motorists who stopped on the motorway after the shooting before driving off to come forward.
