A DEVELOPER has appealed against Oxford City Council's refusal to grant planning permission.
Cannard Developments is appealing against the decision to deny permission to build a one-storey one-bed dwelling at the rear of 76 Sunderland Avenue, North Oxford.
A planning inspector will now make the final decision on the development.
Any comments made during the initial planning application will be taken into consideration, though new comments can by made before Monday, September 10.
