A BROKEN down truck today added to Oxford's rush-hour traffic woes.
The truck broke down in Hythe Bridge Street near the Royal Oxford hotel, causing tailbacks into Worcester Street, Beaumont Street and St Giles.
It was towed away just before 8.30am.
