A jobsworth has finally put down his copy of Mein Kampf and legally robbed a young girl of £50 for dropping a cigarette butt in Abingdon precinct.
I wonder if the same jobsworth would dare challenge a drunken yob on a Saturday night for smashing a beer bottle.
