Two people were taken to hospital after their toddler managed to turn on a cooker and start a fire last night.
Firefighters said it was believed the toddler turned on the hob of the appliance, setting fire to nearby objects.
The parents put out the blaze but suffered smoke inhalation and had to be taken to the Horton Hospital in Banbury.
The fire happened in Valley Road, Banbury, at about 7.30pm yesterday.
